United’s new eBill service is a secure on-line Web site that dealers can use to view and print their United statements, invoices, credit/debit memos and ad allowances. eBill will be available 24/7 and will provide dealers with the ability to not only see current financial documents but call up historical data as well. The service is free, easy to use and available to all dealers. With eBill, there is faster access to financial information and reduced time and paper needed to produce documents. Understanding Paper Price Increases

Rising paper prices are another example of how changing global economics are changing business costs. United Stationers has developed an editable pdf flyer that you can use when you communicate paper price increases to your customers. New and Improved PaperRap.com

PaperRap.com, the popular independent dealer paper resource, will be re-designed and re-launched in July of 2008. The enhancements will provide even more dealer support when it comes to maximizing profit opportunities with cut-sheet paper. New features will include “Brand Zones” with sales aides, specs and marketing collateral for some of the country’s biggest paper brands; completely revitalized content for Paper University; new product specs for Paper Guide with ISO brightness ratings; and a new look and layout for easier navigation. Enhancements Made to Furniture Programs

The Online Furniture Catalog has recently been enhanced to include a new "Browse by Area" feature, new selling bullets and enhanced copy, new product imagery and technical specifications as well as catalog symbols. The Visual Planner online furniture sales support and layout tool has also been updated with some slick new functionality including a very user-friendly quote page that lets users change quantities, hide columns, and even add new lines so they can add items to the order that aren't in the drawing. The "Search" feature has been upgraded and now offers the options of searching by SKU number, by manufacturer or collection name, or by product category. And room elements have been expanded, too, to include more electrical and mechanical symbols such as cooling vents, radiators, and more. Fourth of July Reminder
In celebration of the U.S. Independence Day holiday, United Stationers will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2008. For your convenience, all order entry systems will be available on July 4th to accept orders on our normal workday schedule. These orders will be processed when our offices and distribution centers re-open on Monday morning. Orders placed on Friday, July 4th will be delivered with Monday’s orders.
